Here you will find an overview of recalled products. In collaboration with our suppliers and the safety authority, we continuously ensure that our products meet current safety requirements and market guidelines.

We ensure a quick and secure recall process so you can shop with confidence in the future.

Recall Procedure:
As soon as we receive notification from our supplier about a product recall, we contact the affected customers and remove the product from our website. We assist our customers with returning the recalled product, after which they receive a refund.

  • 15-01-2025 Sebra Drawing Board, Magnetic - From 18 months. Item number 301730046, recalled because the tip can detach from the pencil due to a manufacturing defect. Small
    parts can pose a serious choking hazard for small children.

  • 07-07-2025 Konges Sløjd recalls all children's scooters (item codes KS101544-P00005 and KS101544-P00038) A defect has been identified, which can cause the wheels to loosen during use. This may lead to falls and potential injuries. Read more here: https://kongessloejd.dk/pages/product-recall
  • 04-08-2025 Liewood Hollie hardcase suitcase. Item number LW18764 recalled. During a recent quality check, LIEWOOD discovered the presence of certain phthalates in a component of the Hollie Hardcase Suitcase. Although children do not come into direct contact with the affected part under normal use, and the product is not classified as a toy, it does not meet LIEWOOD's standards and requirements.

2026

- 19/03/2026 LIEWOOD recalls the following products due to a potential safety risk with the battery:

  • Samuel Lamp (LW14310)
  • Callie Night Lamp (LW14319)

The recall only involves products produced in 2021–2022 under production orders LW1746 and LW2168.

The affected lamps contain a lithium-ion battery, which in very rare cases can overheat and pose a fire hazard. Read more here

The recall pertains solely to this specific battery series. No other lamps or lighting products from LIEWOOD are affected.

  • 29-06-2026 The manufacturer, Vilac, has noted that one of the wooden blocks in a limited number of sets may have a loose part, which means the product does not meet current safety requirements.

    The recall only includes the following product and batch:

    Item number (SKU): 2102

    EAN: 3048700021021

    Batch: TW0725

    The batch number is printed on one of the wooden blocks (e.g., the orange cow).
