Price Guarantee

If you buy an item from Lirum Larum Leg and find the same product at a lower price on another Danish webshop, you have a full 14 days from receiving your item to contact us and have the difference refunded. 

Simply send us your order number along with a screenshot documenting the lower price you’ve found to kundeservice@lirumlarumleg.dk.

Terms for Price Guarantee

• Our price guarantee applies to products from Danish webshops only—not physical stores.
• The product being compared must be identical and available in stock at the other webshop.
• The price guarantee covers the product’s normal retail price at the comparison webshop. It does not apply to sale prices, special offers, queue offers, opening promotions, or similar. Prices contingent on memberships, buying associations, or equivalent conditions are also excluded from the guarantee.
• The price is compared including delivery costs. If the competitor does not offer free shipping, their lowest available shipping fee will be added to their product price in the comparison.  
• The price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts—including discount codes, Logbuy, or the Forbrugsforeningskortet.
• During our own sales events, such as Black Friday, we unfortunately cannot apply the price guarantee retroactively. This means you cannot stock up in the days before Black Friday to secure a product, and then request a price refund afterwards.
