TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

Lirumlarumleg.dk is owned and operated by Lirum Larum Leg ApS, CVR no. 33 76 28 28, Engholmvej 16, 3100 Hornbæk, tel. 70 26 98 90, kundeservice@lirumlarumleg.dk.
These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of products on lirumlarumleg.dk for delivery in Denmark.

GIFT WRAPPING
When purchasing gift wrapping, the right of cancellation for the gift wrapping ends once the gift has been wrapped.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to provide fast delivery and dispatch items in stock within 1–3 business days. After this, the delivery time is typically 3–10 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are sent on the next business day. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

If you need the products by a specific date, you can note this in the comments field. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that GLS does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

All products on our website are held in stock, except for certain pieces of furniture, which are shipped directly from the supplier. This will be stated in the product description. In the event of an inventory error, additional delivery time may be required, and we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Items are not reserved when added to the basket. The item is only guaranteed once you have completed your order.
Lirum Larum Leg does not sell products for resale.

RESERVATION REGARDING PRICE AND SYSTEM ERRORS

We do our best to ensure that all information on our online shop, including prices, product descriptions, stock status and other information, is correct at all times. However, unintended errors may occur, including typographical errors, technical errors, system errors or similar.

Lirum Larum Leg therefore reserves the right to cancel an order if it was placed on the basis of an obvious and material error, including, for example, an incorrect price, incorrect product information or another technical error. In such cases, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible, and any payments made will of course be refunded.

An order is only binding on Lirum Larum Leg once the order has been finally confirmed and dispatched, and we reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if it is obvious that the customer realised or should have realised that an error had occurred.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay using the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Forbrugsforeningen, eDankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and MobilePay.
The amount is only charged when the item is dispatched. We never charge more than the amount you have approved. We do not charge a card fee.

Reservation of funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved in your account until:

  1. we charge the amount upon dispatch, or

  2. the amount is released by your bank.

    You can find out more from your card issuer.

FORBRUGSFORENINGEN CARD

  • You receive a 5% discount on the total amount.

  • The amount is always refunded to the Forbrugsforeningen card used—not to a bank account.

  • For gift purchases, refunds can only be made to the card or issued as a gift card.

ViaBill

You can pay over 24 months with ViaBill. You receive the products immediately and pay a monthly instalment each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel the purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be terminated.

Anyday

Anyday can be used for purchases of DKK 300 or more. The first payment is charged upon dispatch. Subsequent payments are charged on the last business day of each month.
The first four months are interest-free. Longer payment plans may incur interest. In the event of a return, the agreement is automatically cancelled.

When paying by bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme.

SALES TO INSTITUTIONS AND MUNICIPALITIES VIA EAN

Please provide your EAN number when placing your order. You will receive an electronic invoice within a few days.
The email address on the order must belong to the institution.
Please note that most of our toys are produced for private use. Please contact us if you are unsure.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

We are happy to ship abroad. The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is shown when you proceed to payment.
Free shipping does not apply abroad. We do not ship furniture or other large items abroad.

Shipments abroad are sent with GLS and delivered by their partners.
Parcels to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are sent by ship unless otherwise agreed.

For deliveries outside the EU, we manually refund Danish VAT no later than a few business days after dispatch.
Any customs duties, VAT or local charges in the destination country are paid by the customer.

DISCOUNTS

Discount schemes for associations and business partners, for example, only apply to products that are not already discounted or have “Favoritpris”.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received it.

GIFT WRAPPING

We are happy to wrap your gifts for DKK 11 per parcel.
Furniture and certain large items cannot be gift-wrapped due to their size and weight.
The right of cancellation ends once the gift wrapping has been completed.

COPYRIGHT

All image and text material on lirumlarumleg.dk is protected by copyright law and may not be used without permission. Infringements may result in claims for compensation, remuneration, damages and injunctive relief.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Purchases of products on lirumlarumleg.dk are subject to Danish law.
Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

We welcome reviews of products purchased from us.
We reserve the right to delete reviews if the product was not purchased from Lirum Larum Leg.

SALE OF FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS

Lirum Larum Leg is registered with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration to sell food-contact products.
The inspection report can be viewed on the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s website.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You normally have a 100-day right of cancellation, starting on the day you receive the product.
If you receive several products in the same order but they are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last product.

You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. Using the product may result in a reduction in value.

You may cancel your purchase by giving us clear notice no later than 100 days after receipt.

Products must be returned to:
Lirum Larum Leg ApS, Engholmvej 16, 3100 Hornbæk, marked “Returned goods”.

Products must be returned securely packaged. Avoid attaching labels directly to the product or its original packaging.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it. Keep your receipt and any tracking number.

You pay the return shipping costs yourself. You can order a prepaid GLS return label, which will be deducted from your refund.
For large items, we can arrange collection for a fee from DKK 399.

Parcels sent without collection and returned to us due to failure to collect will be resent upon payment of new shipping costs.

You must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Partial cancellation

You may cancel individual products in an order. Delivery costs are not refunded in the event of partial cancellation.

Documentation

Please enclose your order confirmation to ensure faster processing.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible.
If the product has decreased in value, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or documentation proving that it has been shipped.

THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION

You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
If the product has been used or its seal has been broken, you may lose the right to receive a full refund.

COMPLAINTS

Right to complain and statutory rights
As a consumer, you have statutory rights if a product is defective. These rights apply independently of any voluntary warranties provided for the product.

You always have the right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The right to complain does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, inadequate maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable period after you discover the defect. If you make a complaint within two months, it is always considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
If it is not justified, you must pay the shipping and return shipping costs after the product has been inspected.

The product must be sent securely packaged, without labels attached to the packaging.
Keep your receipt and tracking information. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If we are unable to resolve a disagreement, you can submit a complaint to:
Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
The complaint must be submitted via the Complaints Portal of Nævnenes Hus.

Amount thresholds and fees apply in accordance with the rules of Nævnenes Hus.
