TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on lirumlarumleg.dk for delivery within Denmark.

GIFT WRAPPING
When purchasing gift wrapping, the right of withdrawal for the wrapping ceases when the gift is wrapped.

DELIVERY TIME

We strive for prompt delivery and dispatch stocked goods within 1–3 business days. After this, the delivery time is typically 3–10 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day. During busy periods, delivery times can vary.

If you need the items by a specific date, you can write this in the comment box. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that GLS does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

We stock all items on the website, except for some furniture, which is sent directly from the supplier. This will be stated in the product description. In case of a stock error, there may be additional delivery time, and we will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

The item is not reserved when added to the cart. It is only guaranteed once you complete the order.
Lirum Larum Leg does not sell goods for resale purposes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay with the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Forbrugsforeningen, eDankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, and MobilePay.
The amount is only withdrawn once the item is shipped. We never charge more than what you have approved. We do not charge card fees.

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved on your account until:

  1. we withdraw the amount upon dispatch, or

  2. the amount is released by your bank.

    You can read more with your card issuer.

FORBRUGSFORENINGSKORT

  • You receive a 5% discount on the total amount.

  • The amount is always refunded to the used Forbrugsforeningskort – not to a bank account.

  • For gift purchases, refunds can only be made to the card or via a gift card.

ViaBill

You can pay over 24 months with ViaBill. You receive the goods immediately and pay a monthly installment each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be applied. In the event of a withdrawal, the payment agreement with ViaBill is canceled.

Anyday

Anyday can be used for purchases from 300 kr. The first payment is withdrawn upon dispatch. Subsequent payments are withdrawn on the last business day of each month.
The first four months are interest-free. Longer payment plans may incur interest. Upon return, the agreement is automatically canceled.

When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme.

SALES TO INSTITUTIONS AND MUNICIPALITIES VIA EAN

Enter your EAN number when ordering. You will receive an electronic invoice within a few days.
The email address on the order must belong to the institution.
Note that most of our toys are produced for private use. Please contact us if in doubt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping cost depends on the recipient country and is shown when you proceed to payment.
Free shipping does not apply to international shipments. We do not ship furniture and other large items internationally.

International shipments are sent with GLS and delivered by their partners.
Packages to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are sent by ship unless otherwise agreed.

When shipping outside the EU, we manually refund Danish VAT within a few business days after dispatch.
Any customs, VAT, or local charges in the recipient country are paid by the customer.

DISCOUNTS

Discount schemes for associations and partners, for example, apply only to items that are not already discounted or have "Favorite Price".

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received the order.

GIFT WRAPPING

We are happy to wrap your gifts for 11 kr. per package.
Furniture and certain large items are not wrapped due to their size and weight.
The right of withdrawal ceases when the gift wrapping is completed.

COPYRIGHT

All image and text material on lirumlarumleg.dk is protected by copyright law and may not be used without permission. Violation may result in claims for compensation, payment, reimbursement, and prohibitions by court order.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Purchases of goods on lirumlarumleg.dk are subject to Danish law.
Any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

We welcome product reviews for items purchased from us.
We reserve the right to delete reviews if the item was not purchased at Lirum Larum Leg.

SALE OF FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS

Lirum Larum Leg is registered with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for the sale of food-contact products.
The inspection report can be viewed on the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You generally have a 100-day right of withdrawal, counting from the day you receive the item.
If you receive several items in the same order, but delivered individually, the deadline applies from the receipt of the last item.

You may only handle the item to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Usage may result in depreciation.

You cancel by clearly notifying us no later than 100 days after receipt.
You can use our return form or write to kundeservice@lirumlarumleg.dk.

Items must be returned securely packaged. Avoid attaching labels directly to the item or its original packaging.
You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Keep the receipt and any track & trace number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. You can order a prepaid GLS return label, which will be deducted from your return amount.
For large items, we can arrange pickup for a fee of up to 300 kr.

Packages sent without pickup and returned to us due to non-pickup will be resent upon payment of new shipping.

You must send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. We do not accept packages sent COD.

Partial Withdrawal

You can withdraw individual items in an order. Delivery costs are not refunded in case of partial withdrawal.

Documentation

Please include the order confirmation and return form for faster processing.

Refund

We refund your purchase amount as soon as possible.
If the item is depreciated, this will be deducted from the refund.

We will refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
The amount is always refunded to the same payment method.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item or received documentation for dispatch.

ITEM VALUE ON WITHDRAWAL

You are liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature and characteristics.
If the item has been used or the seal broken, you may lose the right to a full refund.

COMPLAINTS

You have 24 months warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. If you complain within two months, it is always timely.

If the complaint is justified, we refund your reasonable shipping costs.
If it is not justified, you pay the shipping as well as the return shipping after examination.

The item must be sent securely packed, without labels on the packaging.
Keep receipt and track & trace. We do not accept packages sent COD.

COMPLAINT ACCESS

If we cannot resolve a disagreement, you can file a complaint to:
Nævnenes Hus, The Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
Complaints are submitted via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

Amount limits and fees apply according to Nævnenes Hus’ rules.
