What is your delivery time?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a Friday and during the weekend are shipped the next business day.

During sale periods, please expect additional delivery time for packages sent from our warehouse and packages for pickup at our warehouse.

We always send an email with a Track & Trace number from the selected shipping company when your package is dispatched, so you can follow it. If you order items that are to be delivered by courier, there may be an additional delivery time of 1-3 days.

Do you have Click & Collect?
Yes, you can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse at Engholmvej 16, 3100 Hornbæk. Place the order online and choose Click & Collect. You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. If your order is placed in our outdoor parcel box, you will receive an email with a code and a barcode you need to open the box, so you can pick up your order around the clock.

Packages not placed in our parcel box can be picked up during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Can I have a gift sent directly to the recipient?
We send gifts directly to the recipient daily, and you just choose the desired delivery address. We wrap beautifully for only 15 DKK per package, and remember, you can order a personal message on a card. We do not include the invoice when we see that a personal message on a card has been ordered.



Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer fine and professional gift wrapping with our exclusive wrapping paper and ribbon for 11 DKK per package. Furniture and some other items are not wrapped due to size and weight.

How long do I have to return?

We normally offer a 100-day return/exchange policy. If you order a gift well in advance – feel free to write in the comment field when ordering, which date the gift will be given. Then you get a 100-day return/exchange policy from that specific date. You can read more about how to return here

How do I exchange an item I bought myself?
We do not offer exchanges, so if you want a different item you need to order it in a separate order. Here you can read how to return We do not offer exchanges, so if you want a different item you need to order it in a separate order.

How do I exchange a gift I received?
We do not offer exchanges, so if you want a different item, you must order it in a separate order. Then return the gift. The money for the gift will be refunded to you via your own order. If you do not want another item, you can either get a store credit or the money will be refunded to the purchaser's card. Here you can read how to return

I have not received an order confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent to you automatically after your order, so it should be with you at most 10 minutes after you ordered. Especially if you have hotmail, gmail, or iCloud, the spam filters are strong and therefore may filter out, for example, an order confirmation. Therefore, check your spam filter/junk mail folder. If you find it in the spam folder, right-click on our email address and add us to your address list to ensure you also receive notification of the order dispatch and your purchase receipt.

How do I get a discount with Ældresagen?
As a member of Ældresagen, you can get a discount when shopping at Lirum Larum Leg. To get the discount, you need to retrieve a discount code here. Then enter the discount code in the discount code field when you go to checkout.

Can I save my shopping cart and make additional purchases later?

No, the item is only reserved when you go to checkout and pay for it.

I placed an order a few hours ago but forgot an item. Can you add it to my order?
Call customer service at tel. 70269890, and we'll see how far your order has progressed.

Can I have multiple orders sent together to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send two orders together.

Can I pre-order or reserve an out-of-stock item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pre-orders or reservations of out-of-stock items.

I received a defective item. What should I do?
If you are unlucky enough to receive a defective item, please take pictures of the defect/damage and any damaged packaging, and as soon as possible file a complaint here app.claimlane.com/c/lirumlarumleg-dk 

Can I return items myself at your warehouse?
You are welcome to return directly at our warehouse. If you want to exchange, you need to make an online order for the items you want and choose Click & Collect. When you have received an email that the order is ready for pickup, you can bring the returned item along with the completed return form.

We will charge the amount for the new order and refund the amount for the returned item 1-2 days after receiving it, except after Christmas and/or during sales; in those cases, it may take 5-10 business days.

Do you have a physical store where I can see and buy items?
We do not have a physical store, but we offer Click & Collect, so you can pick up your order at our warehouse in Hornbæk.

Why am I being asked to enter my NemID/MitID?
As of January 1, 2021, additional security for card payments online has been introduced. This extra security has been mandated by the EU's 2nd Payment Service Directive and the Danish Payment Act. The goal is to reduce card fraud and thereby better protect you when shopping online.

This means that all purchases must be approved with one of the following additional security factors:

Approval with NemID/MitID
We recommend using the NemID and key card app. The NemID key reader can also be used. The paper key card can no longer be used for online purchases.

SMS and password
It will still be possible to approve purchases with a one-time SMS code, but it requires you to also provide a password, which you can create here

Ordering from an institution/municipality
You make an order through the website as usual. Enter the institution's EAN number when filling out customer information. Then choose EAN invoice as payment. The email address entered on the order must be the institution's email address. You will receive an electronic invoice within a few days.

How do I pay with a gift card?
Your gift card has a code that is entered in the "GIFT CARD" field at the payment page. The amount on your gift card will then automatically be deducted.

Purchasing from a non-EU country

I am purchasing from a non-EU country and should not pay Danish VAT. But my order includes 25% VAT, why?
The system automatically includes 25% VAT. This amount will be refunded after the order is dispatched. You are responsible for paying customs and VAT when picking up the package with GLS. Lirum Larum Leg has no involvement in this.

Security

It is completely safe to shop at Lirum Larum Leg. Payment with a card occurs via a secure page, since all communication between our payment system and the cardholder is done via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).
