At Lirum Larum Leg, as a consumer, you have a 100-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive your products. Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Here you can read more about how to return a product purchased at Lirum Larum Leg. You bear the costs associated with returning, but we offer prepaid GLS return shipping. The package is insured and trackable. After you have ordered your label, you will receive an email with a QR-code. This code is scanned at the GLS Parcel Shop, which prints the label for you.

If you choose to return in another way than using our GLS return shipping, we recommend that you send it as an insured and trackable package and keep the receipt for shipment. It is important that the package is sent to our address, as we DO NOT collect packages delivered to lockers or parcel shops.
Packaging
Missing, damaged, or opened original packaging can constitute a depreciation, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in original and unopened packaging. It is important that you DO NOT put the return label directly on the original packaging. Imagine a Lego box with a label on it, no one would want that.
Return of furniture and large items
For furniture and other large items that require pickup at your address, Lirum Larum Leg can order a return pickup. The return shipment costs 350 kr. Contact customer service.

Return at the warehouse in Hornbæk?
You can return an item at our warehouse in Hornbæk. Please bring the completed Return Form. We do not have the opportunity to exchange an item or provide a cash refund at our warehouse.

Unclaimed packages
You cannot withdraw/return by simply refusing receipt of your package without also giving us clear notice of this. A fee for the actual return shipping will be added for the return of unclaimed packages. The return shipping will be charged regardless of the package size or number of items. The remaining amount on the order will be credited back to the card used for the purchase. For purchases with gift wrapping, the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed, and the money for gift wrapping is not refunded.
If a package is returned without it being due to Lirum Larum Leg's own circumstances, for example, because you did not pick up the package at the parcel shop, and you still wish to have the item delivered, Lirum Larum Leg is entitled to charge you the cost of re-shipping.
