At Lirum Larum Leg, you have a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Here you can read more about how to return an item purchased from Lirum Larum Leg. You will bear the costs associated with the return, but we offer prepaid GLS return shipping. The package is insured and traceable. When you order your label, you will receive an email with a QR-code. This code is scanned at the GLS ParcelShop, which prints the label for you.
100-Day Full Return Policy
At Lirum Larum Leg, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. Therefore, we offer a 100-day full return policy on all items from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to use the extended return policy after the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unused and preferably in its original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as when received and must be sellable as new.
The return policy does not apply to items that have been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, properties, and function, or for items where the packaging is significantly damaged.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you choose to return items using a method other than our GLS return shipping, we recommend sending it as an insured and traceable package and keeping the shipping receipt. It is important that the package is sent to our address, as we DO NOT collect packages delivered to parcel boxes or parcel shops.
Packaging
Missing, damaged, or broken original packaging can result in a loss of value, so to ensure a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in original and unbroken packaging. It is important that you DO NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging. Imagine a Lego box with a label on it; no one would want that.
Return of Furniture and Large Goods
For furniture and other large goods that require collection from your address, Lirum Larum Leg can arrange a return pickup. The return shipment costs 350 kr. Please contact customer service.

Return to warehouse in Hornbæk?
You can return an item at our warehouse in Hornbæk. Please bring the completed Return Form. We are unable to exchange an item or provide cash refunds at our warehouse.

Uncollected Packages
You cannot cancel/return by simply refusing delivery of your package without clearly notifying us of this. When returning uncollected packages, a fee is charged for the actual return shipping. The return shipping cost is deducted regardless of the package's size or the number of items. The remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. When purchasing gift wrapping, the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed, and money for gift wrapping is not refunded.
If a package is returned without it being Lirum Larum Leg's fault, for example, because you did not collect the package at the parcel shop, and you still want the item delivered, Lirum Larum Leg is entitled to charge you for the cost of resending.

How do I return an item?
You can easily set up your return through our return portal. After registering your return, you'll receive a QR code by email, which you can have scanned at a GLS PakkeShop. They will print your return label for you on the spot.
What is the cost to return an item?
If you use our GLS return solution, a return shipping fee of 39 kr. will be deducted from your refund.
How long is my return period?
You have a full 100-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
Does the item need to be unused?
Yes. If you wish for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received. You are welcome to inspect the item, but it must not be used.
Is the original packaging required?
We recommend that the item be returned in its original and unopened packaging. Missing or damaged packaging may result in a depreciation that could affect the amount you receive back.
Can I place the return label directly on the product's packaging?
No. The return label must not be placed directly on the product's original packaging. Always wrap the item securely in an outer box or bag. We need to be able to sell the returned item again.
Can I return my item at the warehouse in Hornbæk?
