Returns
Lirum Larum Leg offers a 100-day full return policy starting from the day you receive your items. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You can read more about how to return an item bought from Lirum Larum Leg. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning, but we offer a prepaid GLS return shipping. The package is insured and trackable. When you order your label, you will receive an email with a QR code. This code is scanned at the GLS Parcel Shop, which prints the label for you.

- Package the items securely before sending them back.
If you choose to return by means other than our GLS return shipping, we recommend that you send it as an insured and trackable package and keep the shipping receipt. It is important that the package is sent to our address, as we DO NOT pick up packages delivered to parcel boxes or parcel shops.
Packaging
Missing, damaged, or broken original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to ensure you receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in original and unbroken packaging. It is important that you DO NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging. Imagine a box of Lego with a label attached, nobody would want that.
Return of Furniture and Large Goods
For furniture and other large items that require pick-up at your address, Lirum Larum Leg can arrange a return pick-up. The return shipping costs 350 DKK. Please contact customer service.
NOTE! We usually process returns/cases within 5-10 business days. However, during sales and after holidays, it may take 10-14 business days.
Return at the Hornbæk Warehouse?
You can return an item at our warehouse in Hornbæk. Please bring the completed Return Form. We cannot offer exchanges or cash refunds at our warehouse.

Unclaimed Packages
You cannot cancel/return by simply refusing to accept your package without simultaneously giving us clear notice. A fee for the actual return shipping is added for unclaimed packages. The return shipping is charged regardless of the package size or number of items. The remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. When purchasing gift wrapping, the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed and money is not refunded for gift wrapping.
If a package is returned for reasons not attributable to Lirum Larum Leg, such as failing to pick it up at the parcel shop, and you still want the item delivered, Lirum Larum Leg is entitled to charge you for the cost of resending.
