Returns
Lirum Larum Leg offers a 100-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Here you can read more about how to return an item purchased from Lirum Larum Leg. You bear the costs associated with returning, but we offer a prepaid GLS return shipping. The package is insured and traceable. When you order your label, you will receive an email with a QR-code. This code is scanned at the GLS ParcelShop which prints the label for you.
I want to return an item

If you choose to return by other means than using our GLS return shipping, we recommend sending as an insured and traceable package and keeping the proof of dispatch. It is crucial that the package is sent to our address as we DO NOT collect packages delivered to parcel lockers or parcel shops.
I bought an item myself that I want to exchange.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please reorder. Then return and refer to the invoice number on your reorder in the Return Form.
I received a gift that I want to exchange
If you wish to exchange a gift, please place a new order for the item you want. Then return and refer to the invoice number on your new order in the Return Form. If you do not have an order/invoice number from the gift giver, provide the name of the person who purchased the gift so we can locate the order in our system.
I received a gift that I want to return and do not wish to exchange
If you only want to return a gift, fill out our Return Form. If you do not have an order/invoice number from the gift giver, provide the name of the person who purchased the gift so we can locate the order in our system. The money for the returned item can either be refunded to the buyer's payment card, or you can receive a credit note for the purchase amount. If you want a refund, you need to contact the gift giver. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the money to a different account number.
Returned items must be in good and undamaged condition. If returned items are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you are liable for the depreciation of the item's value. We estimate any potential value based on a concrete assessment of the returned item based on the following indicative guidelines for depreciation:
Packaging
Missing, damaged, or broken original packaging can constitute a depreciation, so to ensure you can receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in original and unopened packaging. It is important that you do NOT place the return label directly on the original packaging. Imagine a box of Lego with an attached label; nobody will want that.
Return of furniture and large goods
For furniture and other large items that require collection from your address, Lirum Larum Leg can arrange a return pickup. The return shipping costs 350 DKK. Contact customer service.
NOTE! We normally process returned items/cases within 5-10 business days. During sales and after holidays, it may take 10-14 business days.
Return at the warehouse in Hornbæk?
You can return an item at our warehouse in Hornbæk. Please bring the completed Return Form. We cannot exchange an item or issue cash refunds at our warehouse.

Uncollected packages
You cannot cancel/return by simply refusing to accept your package without also providing us with clear notice of this. For returning uncollected packages, a fee for the actual return shipping is added. The return shipping is charged regardless of the package’s size or the number of items. The remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase. When purchasing gift wrapping, the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed, and the money is not refunded for gift wrapping.
If a package, without it being due to Lirum Larum Leg's own circumstances, is returned, e.g., because you did not collect the package at the parcel shop, and you still wish the item delivered, Lirum Larum Leg is entitled to charge you the cost of resending.
