Complaints - If there's something wrong with the item
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month warranty. This warranty allows you, as a customer, to complain about defects and shortcomings in the item that occur within 24 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. You must make your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item.
