Claims – If there’s an issue with your product
All products are covered by Danish consumer legislation, which grants you a 24-month claim period. This means you can make a claim regarding defects or faults that arise within 24 months of purchase. Please note, this claim period does not cover issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.You must notify us of a defect within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue.
