We are big fans of Danske Hospitalsklovne. We believe they do a fantastic and commendable job for the hospitalized children in the country's pediatric wards. There are many other good and well-meaning support activities all over the country. Unfortunately, we cannot support them all. Therefore, we have chosen to dedicate all our support and sponsorships solely to Danske Hospitalsklovne.
How do we support?
For several years, we have sold clown noses for 20,- with the entire amount going directly to Danske Hospitalsklovne, and we have sold several thousand noses over time. You can also support Danske Hospitalsklovne by ordering a red clown nose here.
Run, laugh, and support a good cause
Since 2012, Lirum Larum Leg has held the Clown Run in Hornbæk every June. A fun run for the whole family covering 2 km. We run to exercise, have fun, and to raise funds for Danske Hospitalsklovne. The Clown Run is held all over the country, and we are thrilled with the great support we have in Hornbæk, both from local sponsors and from all the happy children and adults who run with us year after year. We look forward to seeing you at the Clown Run in Hornbæk.

The Danske Hospitalsklovne association makes a huge effort to raise funds so that even more children can benefit from the country's hospital clowns when they are hospitalized. The association receives no public funding and is entirely dependent on donations from individuals, foundations, or businesses. At Lirum Larum Leg, we excel at packing products and getting them shipped. Therefore, we have chosen to support Danske Hospitalsklovne with our packing facilities, allowing them to focus entirely on collecting donations and training hospital clowns. This means that when you order a donation card or one of the many beautiful items from Danske Hospitalsklovne, we ensure they are packed and sent to you. See the selection of products, where the proceeds go directly to Danske Hospitalsklovne. All profits from the sale of items related to Danske Hospitalsklovne go entirely to Danske Hospitalsklovne, and as a retailer, we have no share in any profit.

About Danske Hospitalsklovne
With humor, imagination, and presence, they try to make the child's stay at the hospital more manageable, and most importantly, strengthen the child to better handle their own situation by spreading joy, play, and laughter. Danske Hospitalsklovne has existed since 2003, based on the fundamental idea that humor eases and promotes healing. Each year, the organization sends more than 50 hospital clowns to Danish hospitals, where they bring smiles and laughter to children with their red noses, shifting focus away from their otherwise serious daily life.
