Sebra Bed, Baby and Junior – Jetty Beige

Beautiful classic children's bed from Sebra, now available in an updated model of the iconic Juno bed. Uniquely, Sebra has acquired exclusive rights to the original Juno bed and has relaunched an updated version of this design classic, under the name "Sebra bed - grows with your child."

For generations, Danes have been purchasing and using the original Juno bed, which today stands as a design icon and part of Denmark's cultural heritage. By acquiring the rights to the Juno bed, Sebra aims to preserve and continue Viggo Einfeldt's unique original design, while updating the bed in several areas to meet today's safety standards.

"Sebra bed - grows with your child," is a timeless and beautifully designed crib, with a unique exterior. The bed offers various combination options and can grow with your child as they develop. It features side rails and an adjustable base, and can later be extended to be used as a junior bed.

Combination options:
Baby Bed 1: Crib with two side rails and base in the highest position - from birth until the child can sit up on their own.

Baby Bed 2: Crib with two side rails and base in the lowest position IMPORTANT! The lowest base position is the safest. The base should always be in the lowest position as soon as the child is old enough to sit up alone.

Toddler Bed: Crib with one side rail or without side rails, and base in the lowest position - from when the child can climb out on their own.

Junior Bed: Extended, without rails - When the child can no longer fit in the crib.

Material: The bed is made of birch wood and painted with water-based lacquer. It is tested and approved according to the European safety standard DS/EN716 for cribs. The bed is EU Ecolabel certified. The EU Ecolabel is a voluntary labeling scheme awarded to products and services that meet high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution, and disposal.

The bed is intended for a maximum of 15 kg in the highest base position and 80 kg in the lowest.

Mattress can be purchased separately. Search for the following item number: 200530008. The mattress is made of Oeko-Tex certified cold foam with a linen layer on both sides, which helps absorb and wick away moisture. The cover itself is 100% cotton and can be removed and washed at 60 degrees. Measures W: 70 x L: 112.5 x H: 8 cm and includes an extension piece measuring W: 70 x L: 42.5 x H: 8 cm.
