Do you have any questions about our toy offers?

Why is my discount code not working on sale items?

Discount codes typically cannot be combined with sale items, as these products are already offered at a special price. When an item is on sale, the discount has already been applied, which is why additional discount codes may be disabled for these specific items.

At Lirum Larum Leg, any restrictions related to a discount code will always be detailed in the terms of the discount, for example, whether the code applies only to full-price items or selected categories. If your discount code isn't working, we recommend checking if your cart includes sale items or if the code has special conditions.

If you're uncertain or believe your discount code should work, please feel free to contact our customer service—we are happy to help you find the best solution.
