With this clever night clock, you can teach your child to sleep a bit longer. The clock is suitable for children from approximately 2½ years and up.
The Kid'Sleep Essential sleep trainer helps children establish consistent sleep and wake-up patterns. Many parents find their children wake up too early and struggle to differentiate between day and night. The sleep trainer promotes better sleep habits by clearly indicating when it's time to wake up or say goodnight.
You can set the night clock to begin the night, for example, at 8:00 PM when the light shows a sleeping bunny. You can set the day to start, say at 7:00 AM – meaning when the clock strikes 7:00 AM, the light changes to reveal a happy, awake bunny. In this simple way, you can explain to your child that when their new friend “the bunny” is sleeping, they should sleep too. And if they wake up and see the bunny asleep, it's still nighttime. When the bunny wakes up, it signals that morning has arrived and it's time to get up.
You can also complement the day/night change with a projection of the sun/moon and an alarm featuring bird song. A built-in digital clock allows older children to see the time. Additionally, this night clock also works as a cozy night lamp with its light, providing comfort to children throughout the night.
