When Black Week and Black Friday kick off, you’ll need to be quick if you want to secure the very best discounts. For selected products, only a very limited quantity is available, and offers are valid only while stocks last.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes, as long as our warehouse hasn’t started processing your order, we can add more items. Just give our customer service team a call at 70 26 98 90.

Can you combine several orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to combine multiple orders for shipping.

🎩 Not valid retroactively
🎩  Discounts cannot be claimed later on items that are sold out.

When will I receive my parcel? 
Black Friday is always a busy time, so please be aware delivery may take a little longer than usual—rest assured, each order gets our usual care and attention. We dispatch your parcel within 4–5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any retrospective price guarantees for Black Friday offers. 

Can I buy Christmas gifts during Black Friday?
Absolutely! 🤩 You can exchange Christmas gifts up until January 24, 2023.

Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
Yes, gift-wrapping is available for 5 DKK per package. 

How do I tell the gifts apart when they're wrapped?
If you purchase multiple wrapped gifts, we’ll note the item number on the back of one ribbon tail and on your invoice—so it’s easy for you to see which gift is for whom.
