We have recently acquired new gift paper, so your gifts become even more beautiful and presentable.
When you order from us, you can choose gift wrapping for each product for only 10 kr. per package. Please note that furniture and some larger items, unfortunately, cannot be wrapped due to their size and weight.

At Lirum Larum Leg, you can have your gift sent directly to the recipient along with a personal greeting. Simply enter the recipient's address in the "other delivery address" field and write your message in the "Text for card" field. Your greeting will be printed on our fine Lirum Larum Leg card and included with the gift.

All RICE baskets are handcrafted from Raffia, a material that naturally displays unique color variations—this continues through the dyeing process, resulting in some baskets having lighter hues and others more vivid tones. No two baskets are ever identical. Shapes can also slightly differ, highlighting their handmade appeal. We believe these small differences are a testament to each item’s authentic craftsmanship. When ordering several baskets at once, we always choose the closest matches in shade and form. Please note, we are unable to provide individual photos of the different variations.
About the Material: Raffia fibers are an exceptional natural material derived from palm leaves, and RICE’s raffia is sourced from Madagascar. Every raffia product is crafted with care in two mountain villages in Madagascar, where the work supports improved livelihoods and resources for local communities. Over 300 families on the Red Island benefit from this production. Since raffia is a natural material and each basket is handmade, gentle variations in color, shape, and size are to be expected. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colors to fade. Please avoid contact with water to prevent color bleeding.
